Tree Experts What Do You Think

This Place is slooooow so Thought I'd post a tree that I need some sign readers help. Don't have any close ups yet, was to excited when I found it. Going out today and get some.
The third picture is of the curved branch with no bark, different tree of course.

Yep, just as i suspected, Leaf bore blight! If this tree is not removed it will spread to all the rest of the trees in the area. We can give you a estimate for it's safe removal. It's either that or all of them will eventually catch it and die off. That could make property values fall. I know it's sad news but i think we can nip it in the bud!

Is this Leaf Bore Blight cause by high mineralization like gold or silver buried near by?? Would it be easier to remove the cause than to remove the tree.
I must go now and try to find the cause of " CURSE of the Leaf Bore Blight".
If found what precautions should I take

We have studied this blight and have only found how to prevent it from spreading. Once you encounter a tree you believe has the blight, do not travel around to other trees. The leaf bores have already hitch a ride on your clothing! Take them off and place in a pile and set fire to them. This should help prevent the spread of the diease.
