Ive picked up a few pieces of petrified wood when the river is low. I havent been there in about two years but Have been trying to plan a trip. I havent really hit it hard, just scanned the top of the ground.

I've found a number of fossils from pleistocine horses on the Trinity. Several teeth and various others. Must be more.
