Trip to the Claim

I recently took a trip up to my claims on the Fraser River in British Columbia. I put together a little video of the adventure with the final recovery.



Should give a good look at the set up and a peak at my new secret weapon... the vibrating hopper!

That is a great video! Love your set up. With the amount you got in a couple hours I wouldn't be too worried about flour in the tailings. I would concentrate my time digging. Looks like a lot of big boulders like the one you were already working. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the positive comments! This claim took me a year to find, but the first time I panned there I got very exited. The vibrating hopper took a few months to pound out, but I must say it is a dandy. After some tweaking to get the whole unit dialed in I will have the whole operation working 100%

I ll post some more results when I get out
