Tube5x for F2

I'm a rather tall guy, 6'1" to be exact and I find the f2 is not the best in terms of length. I find myself leaning over to try and get the detector close to the ground but it gets old really quick. So the question I have is has anyone bought the extended tube (tube5x) for their own f2? If so how was it and is there cheaper way to alleviate this problem?

Thanks all in advance

I am about 6', never have to lean and don't have any problem at all, but everyone is different.
That is why they make longer tubes up to 26".
I don't see any other option if the stock one is not long enough for you.
