TWA high-flying City Mission find!!

Picked this up at a local City Mission thrift store yesterday for $5.99. Couldn't believe it when the clerk told me it was there for almost a week. It was part of a promotion that TWA was doing in 1940 and 1941. Can't find a value for it. But I did find someone that had 4 of them, and one of them had the name of someone in President Reagan's cabinet on it. It was said, that it was the only they had seen, with a noted person's name on it, so I researched the name on mine. It's dated May 16, 1941. Turns out that E.O. Shreve was a 1904 graduate of Iowa State University. He was a VP with GE, ( the thrift store is in Schenectady, GE's founding city and main headquarters at the time), and in 1947, he became president of The National Chamber of Commerce. I found an article he wrote in 1948, that I believe, was for the Cornell University newspaper. After that, no more info. I'm finding that researching things are just as fun as finding them.
