That looks like the stem cleaner you see on pipe tampers. I think the hooka tool idea is heading down the right path looking at it more. Upvote 0

It's definitely a "Syrian bird hookah tongs". I've already contacted some hookah knowledgeable people about it. I'm hoping to learn how long the style has been around, and ultimately valuate it.
