Got out for a short hunt (hope it's not the last of this year) with Lowbatts this weekend
and knocked a few off my list.

First stop was a small triangle-shaped park that was being renovated. New fence-posts
had just been set in concrete so we started hunting the shallow piles dirt that had been dug.
My second recovery from these piles was an 1881 IH that was in nice shape. . . the rest of
this park yielded nothing but clad.

Next stop was an older wooded area that we had hunted before but still, worth a trip back.
My first recovery. . . under the roots of an old tree. . . was a Hubley "Dick" cap pistol
from the 1950's. A half-hour later along the slope of a hill, I got a nice penny signal near
another old tree (I love old trees) and after digging down about 5-inches I saw two
pennies. . . what was interesting was that they were BOTH 1915-S Wheats! One of
which, will be headed for my coin book.

My last recovery before calling it a day was a "Gram Bros. Elnilo Cigars" token. . . my first
"5-Cent in Trade" cigar token".

Thanks for looking!
