Two good finds for an hr hunt. Need help identifying bullet.

Went MD yesterday and found this along with an 1853 seated quarter. I think it’s a Gardner?
It big and very heavy.
It weighs 28 grams

Dropped Sharps bullet. Would have been for a breech-loading rifle. They were well-used by cavalry on both sides during the Civil War due to the ease of loading and speed of loading compared to the muzzle-loaders that were more prevalent as infantry weapons.
