Two Mystery Items

Hello All. I found these two pieces at a house built in 1931. Neither are magnetic.

The first one is a bit bigger than penny with nothing on the back and may be a tool tag?

The second one appears to be made of lead with no markings front or back.

Second one appears to me to be fox head shaped, for what that's worth.

The tool tag looks like it was made into a "wizzer" string toy.
