Finds from the last couple hunts. 1929 or 1920 D Merc. Never found any silver that looked like this. Still a good find for a hunted area. Came from the Rocky River Metroparks in Cleveland, Oh. We found 5 wheat pennies in this area and they looked bad also(not shown). All from the 40's and 50's. This site we detected once was home to Lincoln park in 1904(amusement park). The city of Cleveland bought this property in the 20's.

The silver dime - 1964 was found at Huntington Beach. My son found it in the first 15 minutes. :) This place has been hammered. Two years ago, I bought my first metal detector from a local White's dealer. I remember in the shop the owner discussing with another hobbist how he "gridded" the park. I know Acidman emailed me yesterday and told me he found his first silver here - a Barber Half. Didn't find any wheats.

The Kennedy half was found at my mom's house(1853 home). Can't believe we missed this after all the time we put in searching that place!
