Found this point this weekend, the base was not finished, it should look like the white one that is broke.

Hmm....I don't know much about stuff in your area, but it Looks finished to me the way that base is thinned so nicely.

The angle of the shoulders, or barbs are different on them too. While they are both nice, very thin, and look similar, I'm not so sure they are they same type.

Some made them nice and others just made them. I think its finished.
