Today I left Craig Colorado and headed over Rabbit Ears pass on highway 40 and then headed east on highway 14 that takes me over Cameron pass that cuts between the very southern end of the Medicine Bow Mountains and the very northern end of the Never Summer Mountains. Coming down the east side I was watching out in hopes of seeing some moose, but no such luck I had at seeing much of any wildlife to photo, until I stopped by the upper part of the Cache La Poudre River and a friendly marmot was kind enough to come out of the rock to let take a few shots of him. He was very curious of me and the noises I make to get his attention. Further down the river things really warmed up and I saw these little cactus with their pretty flowers.
