Metal Detecting
I am more than brand new to metal detecting, and just ordered a Bounty Hunter Quick Silver which is scheduled to be delivered on this Monday. (fully in self-defense)

Broke down and ordered a metal detector to initially find a lost garden tractor part on around 2 acres of land. If I don't find it, I risk incurring $200 in damages, or more, to my machine next spring.

A portion of my property, 10 acres, was used for an illegal dumpsite/party area, 3 or 4 decades ago, and we continually find machinery shims, and small amounts of someones garbage coming to the surface. Although we have cleaned most of it out, it always surprises us as to what is surfacing.

I am looking forward to walking the old, retired, railroad grade next spring.
