URGENT - help FOREIGN Banknote

I've posted details in the treasure hunting garage sale finds forum (where I spend most of my time). Perhaps this forum can help.

As some of you may know, my pappy (paternal grandfather) passed away this year, just three short days after my birthday.

I miss him terribly.

Unfortunately, my father needs to sell a few items to help with the repairs to his house before they can sell it in the spring.

We found several OLD British North Borneo bills with his military paperwork.

Most of the bills are typical US and foreign paper currency size. The last one, however, is much larger. I've provided additional pictures of this bill with a tape measure for size.

I've already listed this bill on eBay as an auction but I want to make sure I'm not misrepresenting the bill.

Any help with value, rarity, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I can't find anything on Your British North Borneo Company Dollar ,
other then Condition Looks much Better then What I've seen online for Very High Prices.

Of course Dates & confirmation it's not a copy mean Allot , I would pull it from ebay if you don't get serious
interest.

a 1922 in worse condition is Estimate: $650.00 - $850.00
I'm not sure How much Dates work into values of their Currency

Your Sarawak bill can be described in this manner if you choose:
This is a ten cent, Sarawak bank note.Details as follows:

• size is 121 x 80 mm
• designed and printed by the Survey Department of the Federated Malay States in Kuala Lumpur
• colors: red, green, sky blue and orange on white paper, with the serial number in black
• there are three types of notes with Letter “A” , Letter “B” and Letter “C” all dated 1/8/1940 (yours is a "B" note)

On the front of the note:

• Within a patterned border:”THE GOVERNMENT OF/SARAWAK/Promise to Pay the/Bearer on Demand at/Kuching/TEN CENTS/local currency for value received” Below this the date 1 st August 1940, a serial number, and the facsimile signature of the Treasurer of Sarawak, B.A. Trench-man. To the right, the bust of the Rajah Charles Vyner Brook facing left and the value in words and figures. To the left, the Company Crest and below it a white circle containing the watermark of the interwoven letters S(urvey) D(epartment) M(alaya) and an outline map of Malaya
• Back is blank

After three offers to end the bill early ($780-1450) ($1450 was a foreign buyer, $1000 was a US buyer). I contacted a company specializing in foreign banknotes. He said it's the nicest British North Borneo dollar he's ever seen. Advising that I remove it from eBay immediately. He also mentioned that he's never seen one from this year. I'm going to list it in his online auction in February. His fee is 5%, which is much less than I would have paid on eBay, and he will be advertising it to many collectors worldwide. He will list it with a $1000 reserve, and has estimated it to bring $2000-3000 (plus). He can't say for sure how much interest exactly since he doesn't have any comparable bills from this year. I'm pretty excited. Just have to wait until February for the outcome.
