Uruguay, south America; doesn't fulfill their salvage contract agreements.

After more than 10 years of historical research, diving, survey, digging and all what a well know underwater archeologist and/or treasure hunter knows; I found the wreck of the last shipment of the Jesuits Priest.

After that, the Uruguayan government kick me out and no money back to me for my discovery; even if I paid for all.

Too bad, Uruguay... Keep your bloody shipwreck for nobody... 'Cause nobody will back to your sea to reveal how much historic and treasure the "Río de la Plata" keeps...

My best advice, do not make any kind deal with Uruguay.
They are untrustable !!!

What Third World type country is ?? It's all about power and control with those in charge and they have all the power and you have none. What are you going to do? Take them to court?

Heck, after reading about some of the stuff in the Shipwreck forum about Florida state or the crap Spain has pulled off recently....and these are in the western First World.

Weather, depth, location, etc. are fixed technical challenges that can be overcome, but government bureaucracy
can be insurmountable. >:(
