Used Minelab Explorer II

Hey everyone I'm thinking about selling my used detector and I know it's no longer in production and it still works just going to use the money towards another detector. I can't understand this machine for the life of me haha. I just want to know what a used one would go for? Thanks

It's an interesting since it's custom the guy that gave it to me customed it to make it lighter by making the main part into a sling you put around your shoulder to where you are just swinging the shaft.

I have some settings that might make using this machine a joy to use. The settings were given to me many years ago and it allowed me to use it very easily and finding better targets right away. Ky ED.

@ Ky Ed. Could you share the settings. I just got an Explorer II and it is just way to difficult to distinguish a coin from all the other flutey sounds going on. I don't c how anyone can use this detector but I'm determined to learn how to! Thanks René

Don't sell it, it took me years to go full circle. Had a chance to buy an Explorer 2 years ago... full circle... have one now and I'm glad.

I would keep it if all possible. Great machine and you cant get what its worth selling it.
