Hello, I'm here to request information on this object, My family found this in South Carolina many years ago. It's been in the house for some time. We never got any information on what this object was or is. This object was found In the coastal marsh. Due to the area's history, I thought it might be an oil canister from an old ship. Hopefully, someone in this community might be familiar with it. Thank you so much.
