very late week to date post updated w/ photos

this is cassie and my finds as of last week... had sitting in a jar. waiting to be counted because i'm packin up good old moms house cuz she's movin to arizona.

did some nickels and pennies. and course the half dollars




nickels... about 20$ worth of 1940's and 30's jeffersons. which gave us abotu 22 war nickels
also got 8 buffalos 4 had dates

pennies got around another 200 wheaties.. haven't counted them yet. including our very first 1913 D
no indian heads this week

half dollars were amazing... especially this last 2 dats getting 20 40%ers and 4 90%ers including a 1947 WL, a 1963 ben frank and 2 1964 kennedy half's.

my pile of foreign stuff is outrageous... we're allowed to clean the magnet at our bank and every time we go we pick up 3-5 dollars in canadian change including one trip this week gave us 6 dollars worth of 2 dollar canadian coins.


get that silver guys. looks really good when its in your hands and not the tellers

morgan was given to me as a gift from a family member. i had a worse shape one i sold a while back. i do need to get some of those protective 2x2's.... i have alot of things floating around in good condition

When you have coins in decent condition moving around in a heap of other circulated coins, it causes marks and scratches. I have my junk silver coins which go in tubes or bags but nicer or noteworthy coins go into holders.

I am also allowed to take the magnet coins from my bank. I have not gotten anything valuable yet. My oldest find is a 1923 Belgian coin that is worth 50 cents. Some euros are more valuable but have no numis. value

Most halves in the box look to be 90%. Those are some great finds/gifts. 8)
