Very nice "ROBINSON & Co." button.

I bought this button yesterday for $10.00 at an antique mall. Probably too much $$.
Correct me if I am wrong but the backmark puts the date at, 1826 - 1828.

I have no idea of the value of something like this but I was willing to drop a ten for it.

Robinson was in business until 1846 when D Evans took over, Your button is a flower button and dates 1820's -30's. To be honest I think 10 was a just bit high but if you like the button then it was worth ten.
