Veterans memorial park hunt. Cool finds. Need help.

So I could not got to the park I found the walker at.
There was a game being played. Its early so I might head back out. The Ring park was also busy.
Its a beautiful day.

So I tried the local play ground parks.
I found 1.50 in quarter's 3 dime a Nicole " love digging them."

12 pennies. Oldest coin today 1964 penny.
1977 quarter.

I found the two shells 20/feet from the monument.

Also pulled out this not sure what it is says
"Sylvania Minuteman October 1965"
On the front. Well to much to type on the phone.
Any one seen this before?

Awesome finds. The pendant looks pretty old as well.

Poking around on Google suggests it is a key fob, and is related to the electronic control system for the Minuteman ICBM missiles. The back reads "Presented in recognition of significant contribution to Sylvania's Minuteman II program. Our success to date is a result of your effort". Pretty cool find!

Are the rifle casings blanks? Perhaps from a military salute fired in the park some time ago?

Key fob tho, I was hoping a metal or award. Still cool
Also I can not tell if the shells are blanks.
If anyone know how please let me know. I'll check.
But ya right by the monument I figured the parks dedication.
