Agreed, it was most likely gold plated. Maybe early 1900s but not much older.

I may be wrong.. But I personally think this jewelry could date pre 1900s! Given a-lot of 19th C relics JoeDigs post and from seeing his finds and having seen quite a few Victorian jewelry.. The two in the photo are ones from the 19th Century.. I think this jewelry JoeDigs has could definitely date too the Mid-Late 19th Century! And being over in Europe where he found this makes it more creditable..
