Vintage Silver Mickey Mouse Ring

Hello All. I found this yesterday at an 1880's house. It looks to be the first "Steam Boat Willie" Mickey so I am thinking it is c1930.

Can't see anything just like on the net. Any ideas on this item's age and value is appreciated.

The person on Worthpoint calls his ring adjustable but I think his is broken. Yours seems to be in much nicer condition
