Wagon Seat

I did some research on the Wagon Seat in the photos, and only found 2 up for auction. However, both were it better shape than this one. If anyone can give me information about the date it might have been manufactured and value, I'd be grateful. One on the web was auctioning for $950. Another sold at $1,200.00.
