I've had a problem for over a week uploading photos using IE so haven't posted for a bit. Hit a few spots recently, one old spot and a couple of new ones. The Walker, SLQ and toasted 1817 large cent came out of a property I was invited to hunt. It's been hunted a lot around the main house so there wasn't much there, but I did come out with some silver and a LC. There are fields with the grass and weeds to high to hunt right now, but the guy who invited me has found 48 LC's and early coppers plus an inaugural button there. We're waiting for them to be cut to hunt them. Barber dime and 1819 large cent came out of a spot I've hunted over and over for the last year and pulled LC's, seated coinage, Barbers and a lot else. Just goes to show a place is never really hunted out. The 1787 Connecticut, although toasted, came out of a new spot in the woods. There are nearby houses that date c.1770-1810. Love hunting the woods. The 1892 Barber quarter came out of a site I've been hunting quite a bit this year. The SLQ and Washington were in the same hole and the silver bracelet was also on this property. Can't wait until they cut the field : )
