Peyton, you give me too much credit. I believe Fat is more of an expert on walleye than I.

Fat, cool tag. I have not found or caught a walleye with one, yet. I have heard about them.

I haven’t caught one either, just found this one on the beach.
Nebraska game and parks collects during spawn than grow them to fingerlings so to stock all the different places they control. Lots of info on there web site about a and gill net reports. What lakes have what and typical sizes.
In the past they have tagged bigger fish with different dollar amounts for kids fishing derby’s.
We finally have ice, check out crescent lake wildlife refuge (island lake mostly for me but blue and little smith also) on www, I’ll be if too much snow to arrow hunt. For the next 6-8 weeks anyway
