Weird "Ghost" photo..girl picking her nose

This old photo always gave me the creeps (and a chuckle)
And then there's the faceless man in a tophat and the faceless old woman ! If you look closely , it looks like you can see the lawn through the little girls dress?

Probably a double exposure. They were common mishaps with cameras back then.

Whats really cool about this photo is the things they have...the man holding the umbrella ,the embroidery around the girls waist and that she is wearing a chanterlaine...very neat
