Weird gold from this spring

Here is some gold I got this spring. The item at the bottom went through my scoop 2 times but I caught a glint of old yallor. The next scoop it was sitting right on top "hello"

Nice pieces. The oblong thing is a cartouche with Egyptian hieroglyphics. You can order them with your name in hieroglyphics.
