Went digging for about an hour need some help

The help i need is on the Otis Clapp bottle, All the others i've seen say Malt and Cod this one says Malt ext. and or Cod as seen in the pic any help would be appretiated. thanks for looking

Very good digs, very shiny. I hope to see more. Never seen one of the Otis Clapp before. Nice sapphire on that ponds too. Horlicks, I wish I had a nickel for every one I ever dug.
