Congrats Steve!! Not easy to do and such a great total. My friend has over 1100, but he cherry picks for quarters and hunts seven days a week. He uses a Bigfoot coil on his XLT and has had some impressive days. 1000 quarters isn't easy and requires alot of work!! Great totals!!

unless you are digging under a slot machine or discriminating pennies your finds are 50% quarters? Can I come over to play? ;D

That 50% quarter total is totally awesome! I have to wonder though whether you are finding any gold or silver jewelry. I agree with the post above, not that many people around here drop quarters...they don't mind losing pennies though! >:( Out of the 2,593 coins I've dug only 243 (9.37%) are quarters...1,670 (64.4%) are pennies. :-[
Keep doing what you are doing and you will soon be the king of quarters and rich beyond imagination. ;D Everytime I dig a quarter I say to myself "I love quarters." :)
