Went to the beach and found my first gold...... (bad news- update)

WEDDING RING!!!!

Hello, had a day to burn so the family went to some beaches. We went to a grand total of three. The first two were hunted out dudes (with one having nothing but trash) and the other having to lures (one with a mile or so of line still on it). The third was better. Got tons of clad at first, but then i got a nice beep by a hole. I took my scoop and out came an white gold wedding band! I was so happy i accidentally dropped it. Oh yay, i forgot to mention that i found my first chunk of natural iron. Really interesting piece. Well enjoy!

UPDATE:
good news bad news-
well. after going to two jewelers, i found out that it is most likely silver. However, becuase it has no stamp, it is probably of foreign or old origin, which kinda makes up for it. Still nice, and definetly better than a poke in the eye

I don't know if the ones you found are old, but there is a good market for old fishing lures. The ring is cool.
