Nice! They do look like cannon fuses! As subterranean said though they could be blasting caps. I am not to familiar with modern explosives. If they are cannon though ROCK ON!

Look like fired friction primers to me, what you are calling cannon fuse.

Note the pinched-flat end on them. Actual military-issue cannon primers didn't have that form. They are either blasting-caps or modern Reproduction primers for civil war batle re-enactors (see photo of Repro ones below). The location of the find, "Stone Quarry Road," indicates they are blasting-caps.

Well the actual location was in a battle field , however they were near the top of the ground so it's certainly probable their reproduction.
