What are these? Haha. The backs have some sort of screw. I'm totally lost. They are a non magnetic metal, but are not silver. Any help would be great, thanks!!

They appear to be decorative brads. Search for brads, brad setter, brad tool, etc. See what you get. I looked, but didn't see your "exact" item. I could be wrong, also. Maybe it'll help ya'll get closer to your answer.
Could be used in clothing or leather crafts. Good luck.

Yep. Cocho's. Used for decoration on horse tack. These are a cheaper, machine made type with chicago screws as attatchments. I collect the mire expensive, hand made, sterling silver conco's.
