what can i get for this amount please

i have saved all my finds up and have £35.00 i can managed another £35.00 so i will have £70.00 what can i get for this or am is stuck with a piece of string and a magnet of course i will sell my current md and have £100 althogether or should i make my own detector this would be a bfo model that i will call goldfinder2007 mark 2.2.3.3 or will another name help

From what I've seen of the mark-up it's cheaper to fly to American and buy a detector than to purchase one in the UK.

I believe what you can get at the £35 level is something between aggrivation and disappointment.
