what intrigues me are the tufts of fur,I know raptors will do that to the feathers of prey the kill.

Wonder if he's responsible..

Looks like a Civet Skunk to me, and stinky lil buggers they are.

A skunk loves eggs, and it doesn't surprise me at all that an eagle
took one for a long ride.

Owls do not object to skunk for a meal. At night when both are more active.
