Hypothetical question. What would happen if someone owned property that was proven to be a site where Jesse James once buried his treasure? Maybe this property happens to be included on a well known JJ treasure map.
Is it made into a historical site, offer tours, etc? What does a property owner do with it after it is officially recognized as a former JJ treasure site?

Find the "treasure" one coin at a time so Uncle Sugar don't put the bite on ya. Historical site won't make ya money if the State or Fed.'s take it over. Good luck.
