What Is It? Broken Base From One of My Sites

I hunted a brand new site today that I've never even looked at. I came up with another small point that is an Archaic point, but I think this is Paleo. What are your opinions? What is it?

It looks dangerously close to the base of an unfluted Cumberland. Definately a heart breaker.

Yes. The base is ground. Also, it looks like they tried to thin the base on the side that is 'Side 1' in the pics. Can you see what I am talking about?
