What is the value?

I recently found these items in a cigar box inside a house which was going to be raised for a shopping center. Other than a value to me as a finder is there good monetary value to these items. The watch is an Elgin railroad and the lighter is made in Mexico and the bottom is stamped Sterling Silver.

Railroad watches had Arabic numerals after a certain date (which I don't know off hand) so if it says "Railroad Approved" but has Roman numerals it is likely 1880's or 1890's (I am stretching old memories here). If it's a silver case and functioning maybe $150(?)

Looking around at all of the auction sites, I think the pipe may be worth $300 to $400......There seems to be a big range of what people will pay.... Dont know about the lighter or the watch.....I have a couple of lighters like that, though, and I bought them for around $20.00 a piece (But I find real good deals on stuff).....
