The pics are not real good and a measurment might help, But I do believe a spear head.

Looks to be just a rock with that shape to me. Doesn't look to be "worked".

I would re-post this in the "What is it?" forum not the whats it worth you may find some better answers. Would help to know if it is metal or a rock. keep us updated.

I would def save it and look into it. Especially if you found it in Mexico by the water! Some can be worth quite a bit of money
