Does anyone know what kind of mineral this is?The color is a reddish brown and is about 4 1/2" in height and about 4"in width. Any information would be helpful in identifying this rock. There are many area that have a metallic look when turned in a light source.

Could be Flint/Chert from the look of it.

It doesn't seem to be that consistent in form like flint/Chert , it's more like separate pieces connected to each other than a solid piece. What causes those yellow areas around the brown mineral? Did conductivity test on it and it test in the red on tester.
