It's not magnetic but I'm not sure what the stamped L means ( if anything)

I've found several but haven't researched them as to origin or who used them


Found in the UK? The ones I have, I believe that's where they came from

I agree, I don't think it is a KO too thin as well as no dimple and it does not look gal plated.
