The watermelon patch is about 3 acres of top soil that has been tilled and planted for many generations. The crops have been rotated over the years to keep the fertile land from being stripped of it's ability to constantly produce bounty.
There are some treasure hunters who accidently stumbled upon this strip of land and recovered some coins and artifacts that were dropped by migrant workers, many years ago. They cover their tracks by inventing names like uncle Cletus and cousin Goober. I happen to know that the PATCH belongs to Tony Montana. They say that geographically it is located in the south, and it is. The South Bronx.

The legendary watermelon patch is where the old farmer said the money was before he passed away. That's what his lazy sons claimed he told them after they got tired of digging for it over the years. The old farmer was referring to the money crop, but to this day many still dig for the money at the watermelon patch.
