You have a base to a point… it is missing the tip.
Without knowing what area it’s from.. I would take a guess on a Adena turkey tail, maybe from the Midwest…✌️

It’s the base of a Poplar Island point. In contrast to the date range shown at this website, Boudreau’s New England typology guide shows them as Transitional Archaic, and in the 4300-2900 BP range.
