My guess Samual's Ban will be Made Permanent if One Peep from him of Complaint, attack or Innuendo against FK or the Mods, is Heard
when his Ban is Over. He has Pushed it For Too Long

No, Samuel has had multiple chances already. He completes the full ban, it isn't a permanent ban.....yet.
