I just checked out some recently completed listing on the bay. Saw a bunch of yellow (looked like) machine wrapped rolls with Barber, Walker and Ben enders, even double enders. Are these for real? Or do you think they're rolls put together by the seller? Anybody here ever found a Barber or Seated Liberty half in a roll or teller tray? I never have.

Many on this forum have. I have found a Barber half and Barber dimes.

I remember one of the coolest coins I ever found was in change at a Mcdonalds once. A Lincoln penny way off center. Found it 20 years ago and I still have it. 30 years from now I'll probably be having a dirt nap, although it will only be temporary.

The other rolls didn't come in so I got fed up and opened the double bender. 2 Bens, 3 liberty walkings, an unc 1986D and a bicentennial I will post some pics of soon.

Many have found Barbers in the wild. Even fewer have joined the Seated Society. One of the best Seated finds that have been shared with TNet is that by RileyBoy. Search the archives. It is worth it.

Can anybody tell me if the 76 is an error coin? Obverse is fine, reverse almost looks semi melted.

I'm still here. Haven't posted in a long time due to taking a break for the Summer. Having a hard time bouncing back into CRH'ing after summer. I intend to step up my game. I've been lurking quite a bit and checking up on everyone's finds. I should be back in the game soon!

That stuff on the 76 won't melt off. Tried holding a lit match to it awhile. Won't burn or smoke either. It looks like it came OUT OF the coin, ideas? Pics are 40x.

I've gotten a haircut(it's in one of my posts) but haven't joined the seated club yet. One can keep hoping though!
