What's more important, a good pickup or dumping bank?

I know, it's kind of like asking what's more important, inhaling or exhaling. Obviously you need both.

I was using Chase as my pickup bank for last couple years but I couldn't find a dump bank so I switched Chase to be my new dumping grounds. Super convenient, tons of branches in my area, open till 6 pm etc. But now I'm stuck without a pickup bank. I always thought it's harder to find a dump but after walking into 4 banks today they all said there'd be fees for ordering halves???

It's interesting how the cute girls at the desk always say there's no fees until they ask the manager. Then they come back and say "Actually, there's a fee for that, $ 10 per box" :BangHead:

I'm gonna try some more tomorrow. Who's gonna do it for me?

What bank orders your halves?

Dumping. Pick up banks are a dime a dozen.

+1, dumping by far! I can order no problem, the dumping though, banks just don't like it period. HH, Maverick.

Try credit unions if you havent already- the ones in my area dont charge a fee cause they only get charged per order and not per box-
Byt I also agree that a good dumping sytem is by far harder to create and keep
