Whats up with the xterra's

Never read much good about the 30's & now a lot of 50's seem to be hitting the classifieds at
fairly low prices . People don't seem to be jumping on them either . I have read a lot of good re-
views of the 70 . Is there that much difference in the series ?

you couldn't touch the 50 for under 425 used a month ago, now i see them going a 100 bucks less, depth and id ability's are similar between models, the 70 has plenty of usefull extra features, prospect mode, ground tracking, tone options. Ive played with the 70 a little, and like it enough to pick up a 50 for my son, haven't really had a chance to use it yet other than comparing signals to targets found with the t-2
