Whats your oldest coin?

Now I haven't been hunting very long so my oldest coin was a pathetic date (1939 wheat). Then last week I was at a baseball field that was producing 8 dollars of clad everyday, and stumbled upon this coin. Thinking the brown oxidation was another dime, I cleaned the back to see the familiar "one cent" across the back. I was glad to walk away with one wheat, but since all my clad was >2000 I thought it would be like a fifty. Cleaning it at home revealed a 5 looking shape. But after better cleaning, it revealed to be a 1913! My oldest coin to date. So tell me your story and the person with the oldest coin will get my vote if they ever want to run for presidency.

Oldest american coin 1836 large cent. Also a anceint probably dropped by a school kid taking it in for show and tell phoenician 100-300 bc..

Oldest coin is a 1865 civil war token I found in a roll of pennies.

Oldest coin in my collection is a tetradrachm from Athens dating to the 300s BC

I've dug a over a half-dozen coins dated before 1865. My oldest is a spanish silver dated 1758, dug in an old location here in Michigan.

I just an 1864 indian head but what's odd I found it near the beaches in Sarasota Florida. Like cosmic said I wonder if some school boy just list it?

Oldest coin found was an 1806 half cent found while detecting with my dad back around 1991 at an old house site in North Carolina.
Oldest coin I own is a is silver siglos from the Persian empire dating back to about the 5th century B.C.

oldest legible coin 1812 large cent (2 same dates from the same location), i did find a very worn, unidentifiable date draped bust LC though. Date range 1796-1807
