I called an 800 number a friend had given me.
They offer 1lb of wheat pennies for $4.95 shipping.
I had to put up with a lot of tele-marketing because of it.
Then finally got them about a month later.
I doubt there is much value here but it was kinda fun.

On top of all that, they shorted you.

1 pound = 453.59 grams

453.59 divided by 3.11 (grams in a wheat penny) = 145.84

guess they owe you 27 wheaties.

I knew something like this would come up.. :)

After I got the package it says it's supposed to be one Troy pound.
Which I just learned is about 373.24 g thanks to the internet (not my thinker)

so maybe not 27 but they owe me 2......What a crock!

Whew....and to think that only took me 20 min or so to figure :P
I guess I get to take the short bus to work now.

It might be cool if one of the 1955s was a double die huh?......I won't hold my breath.

After looking around I found what should be the PH# off my Credit card.

800-992-1251

As mentioned above they will try to up-sell you, get you to join monthly coin deals
and will most likely hit you up with a little tele-marketing.

I guess it wasn't too bad, I got three calls in the first month but that was about it.
I just told them I'd like to see the wheats come before jumping into other stuff.
