Talking about the guy with the boat, just happened to go out for a smoke and spots the bomber hiding in his boat. Now this may not sound like a big deal but the boat was 1 block outside the perimeter the cops had cordoned off. just saying how long would the city have been shut down for this one instance of a vice?
For all the hero's that day This guy should be put on a pedestal.
At least his boat has had some serious offers.
