Is it supposed to be a 'Gift Card'?

I've never seen such a thing. 'Google Play' gift cards, yes (authentic from Google, but also widely sold by scammers), but not ones specifically for 'Google Earth'. If it is meant to be a gift card, it looks like another scam to me.
